I walked 1 hr yesterday for a total of 3 miles. I hope that the scale is nicer to me on Monday...

I have gained 2 lbs back. I think it is because I didn't exercise and had larger portions of my low carb foods. I hope for better results next week.

Yay! I lost a couple more pounds this week staying on my low carb diet. I didn't exercise as much as I would of liked to but am happy with the loss. I will try to exercise more this week but was sick over the weekend and don't have much energy!

Well today I rode the bike for 15mins at 15-17 mph with moderate tension and walked on the treadmill for 21mins at 3-3.5 mph. I felt good doing it and didn't have to really talk myself into it. Still maintaining my low carb diet. I have really cut back on the diet coke also. I haven't had any in 2 days. I am enjoying Crystal Light in diff flavors. I hope the scale is nice to me tomorrow. I will post my weight in the am. Fingers crossed.

Well I bought my old treadmill back yesterday and yes I did walk on it. I walked 3mph for 20 minutes. 1 mile total then I rode the stationary bike for 5 mins at a fast speed with medium tension. Both got my heart rate up and I hope I convince myself to keep it up. It feels good when I am working out I just lack motivation to do it. Thanks Jim for working out with me today. Both Jim and I continue with our low carb diet.
