Well I bought my old treadmill back yesterday and yes I did walk on it. I walked 3mph for 20 minutes. 1 mile total then I rode the stationary bike for 5 mins at a fast speed with medium tension. Both got my heart rate up and I hope I convince myself to keep it up. It feels good when I am working out I just lack motivation to do it. Thanks Jim for working out with me today. Both Jim and I continue with our low carb diet.
