Well, I didn't exercise I worked on income taxes instead, I did clean around the house some but not enough to get my heartrate up like I should of. Maintaining the low carb diet better than I have in the past. Maybe I will ride the exercise bike today..

  1. Hey, at least you have altered your diet, even if working out comes later in the equation. I find that eating healthy gives me more of a weight loss than making bad food choices AND exercising combined. It really is all about the food.
